Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • i large greenish bell pepper, diced into ane inch pieces
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 big red onion, diced into 1 inch pieces

Marinade & Basting sauce - divided (i/4 cup for marinade the residual for basting)

  • 1/3 loving cup ketchup
  • 1/three cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 loving cup depression-sodium soy sauce

  • two Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together. Combine ane/4 cup of marinade and the shrimp in a large freezer bag. Place bag in the fridge for 20 minutes. The residual of the marinade will be used for basting.
